Max Nowza, with his unkempt beard, large eyebrows, coarse grey, straggly coat is an unlikely detective. After his terrible find in Chiddle-pon-Piddle, will anyone take him seriously? Not D.I. Roughly, that’s for sure, but Max knows every paw print in his patch and when his lead-meister, Adorable, is arrested for a crime she didn’t commit, the scruffy dog detective with a nose for justice is straight on the case.
